Massaman’s distinctive aromas derive from warm spices such as fennels, cloves and cinnamons, which are not a typical concoction in Thai curries. We love adding lamb, or tofu to our Massaman. Its warmth is earthiness is perfect for winter.
Cinnamon helps relieve flatulence and nausea. Shallots relieve fever. Clove relieves stomach-ache, flatulence and colic. Cardomom seeds cure indigestion.
Instructions:
- Pour Massaman curry sauce into a pot. Turn on medium heat. Add two tablespoons of water.
- Wait until boil, add protein of your choice and let cook.
- Serve!
Protein recommendations: 150g of chicken or beef or lamb & 100g of Potatoes
