Our Panang is one of the favourites among our customers. It is one of the milder Thai curries, full with creamy coconut milk. Panang curry is versatile, you can add almost any protein/vegetable to it. We love cooking it with white fish/salmon/mushrooms/or any meat really!
- Pour Panang curry sauce into a pot. Turn on medium heat. Add two tablespoons of water.
- Wait until boil, add protein of your choice and let cook.
Protein recommendations: 200g of chicken or beef or pork or tofu
