Ingredients:
- 1 bag Wild Rice Kua Kling sauce
- 500g pork mince
To serve:
- 4 kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
- 1 chilli (optional)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method:
- Stir-fry the Kua Kling sauce over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Add pork mince and mix well.
- Stir-fry until the sauce becomes dry.
- Plate and top with finely chopped kaffir lime leaves and chili.
- Enjoy with jasmine rice!
