Kua Kling Minced Pork
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
1 bag Wild Rice Kua Kling Sauce
500g Pork Mince
4 Kaffir lime leaves (finely chopped)
1 Chilli (optional)
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Stir fry kua kling sauce in medium heat for 1 minute
- Add pork mince, mix well
- Stir fry until the sauce becomes dry
- Plate and top with finely chopped kaffir lime leaves and chilli
- Enjoy with jasmine rice!
