Kua Kling Minced Pork

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

Serving: 2-3



  • 1 bag Wild Rice Kua Kling sauce
  • 500g pork mince


To serve:

  • 4 kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil



  1. Stir-fry the Kua Kling sauce over medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add pork mince and mix well.
  3. Stir-fry until the sauce becomes dry.
  4. Plate and top with finely chopped kaffir lime leaves and chili.
  5. Enjoy with jasmine rice!
