Kua Kling Minced Pork

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

1 bag                                       Wild Rice Kua Kling Sauce

500g                                        Pork Mince


To serve:

4                                              Kaffir lime leaves (finely chopped)

1                                              Chilli (optional)

2 tbsp                                      Vegetable oil



  1. Stir fry kua kling sauce in medium heat for 1 minute
  2. Add pork mince, mix well
  3. Stir fry until the sauce becomes dry
  4. Plate and top with finely chopped kaffir lime leaves and chilli
  5. Enjoy with jasmine rice!
