Ingredients:
- ½ bag Wild Rice Pad Thai sauce
- 250g salmon
- 50g white onion
To serve:
- Salad
- 1 wedge lime
Method:
- Add vegetable oil to the pan. Heat until smoking and fry onion until golden. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil and grill salmon, 2-3 minutes each side. Set aside.
- Pour Pad Thai sauce into the pan and add onion. Cook for 2 minutes until hot.
- Plate salmon and top with sizzling sauce. Serve with salad.
