Grilled Salmon Pad Thai sauce

½ bag Wild Rice Pad Thai sauce
250g Salmon
50g White onion
To serve:
Salad
1 wedge Lime
Methods
- Add vegetable oil to the pan. Heat until smoking and fry onion until golden. Set aside
- In the same pan, add more oil and grill salmon, 2-3 minutes each side. Put aside
- Pour pad thai sauce into the pan and add onion. Cook for 2 minutes until hot
- Plate salmon and top with sizzling sauce. Serve with salad
