Grilled Salmon Pad Thai sauce

Cooking time: 20 minutes

2-3 Servings

 

Ingredients

½ bag                                       Wild Rice Pad Thai sauce

250g                                        Salmon

50g                                          White onion

 

To serve:

Salad

1 wedge                                  Lime

  

Methods

           

  1. Add vegetable oil to the pan. Heat until smoking and fry onion until golden. Set aside
  2. In the same pan, add more oil and grill salmon, 2-3 minutes each side. Put aside
  3. Pour pad thai sauce into the pan and add onion. Cook for 2 minutes until hot
  4. Plate salmon and top with sizzling sauce. Serve with salad
  5. Enjoy!
