Grilled Salmon Pad Thai Sauce

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Servings: 2-3



  • ½ bag Wild Rice Pad Thai sauce
  • 250g salmon
  • 50g white onion


To serve:

  • Salad
  • 1 wedge lime



  1. Add vegetable oil to the pan. Heat until smoking and fry onion until golden. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add more oil and grill salmon, 2-3 minutes each side. Set aside.
  3. Pour Pad Thai sauce into the pan and add onion. Cook for 2 minutes until hot.
  4. Plate salmon and top with sizzling sauce. Serve with salad.
  5. Enjoy!
