Grant's Massaman with Roasted Lamb Shank

Cooking time: 3 hours



1 Bag      Wild Rice Massaman

250ml     Chicken stock

1             Star Anise

1             Cinnamon stick

100g       Potatoes

50g         Shallots



1. Preheat the oven at 160c 

2. Pour Wild Rice Massaman sauce into a roasting dish

3. Add 100ml of water, chicken stock, along with star anise, cinnamon stick, potatoes and shallots

4. Cover with foil and put in the oven for 2 hours

5. Remove foil and cook for another 30 minutes

6. Turn the shank and cook for another 30 minutes 

7. Take out the shank out and drain excess oil out 

8. Top with chilli and cashew nut

9. Enjoy!
