Our Panang Red Curry is one of the favourites among our customers. It is one of the milder Thai curries, full of creamy coconut milk. Panang curry is versatile, you can add almost any protein/vegetable to it. We love cooking it with white fish/salmon/mushrooms/or any meat!
Instructions:
- Pour Panang Red Curry sauce into a pot. Turn on medium heat. Add two tablespoons of water.
- Wait until it boils, add the protein of your choice and let it cook.
- Serve!

200g of chicken, beef, pork, tofu, aubergine, long beans, sugar snap peas, duck, carrot, salmon or white fish
