Cloudy Tom Yum with Prawns

 

Cooking time: 5-10 minutes

Servings: 2-3

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Wild Rice Cloudy Tom Yum soup
  • 3-8 prawns
  • 50g straw mushrooms
  • 1/2 lime or lemon

 

Method:

  1. Pour the Tom Yum soup into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add prawns and mushrooms. Let cook for 2-5 minutes or until prawns are cooked.
  3. Pour into serving bowls and squeeze lime or lemon juice all over.
  4. Serve hot!
