Grant's Massaman With Roasted Lamb Shank

Cooking time: 3 hours

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag Wild Rice Massaman
  • 250ml Chicken stock
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 100g Potatoes
  • 50g Shallots

 

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Pour Wild Rice Massaman sauce into a roasting dish.
  3. Add 100ml of water, chicken stock, along with star anise, cinnamon stick, potatoes, and shallots.
  4. Cover with foil and put in the oven for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and cook for another 30 minutes.
  6. Turn the shank and cook for another 30 minutes.
  7. Take out the shank and drain excess oil.
  8. Top with chili and cashew nuts.
  9. Enjoy!
