Tom yum soup is one of the most well-known Thai signature dishes. It’s famous for its harmonious combination between slightly sweet, spicy and sour flavours. Our tom yum is enriched with creaminess from coconut milk, a sensational twist on the original recipe!
Galangal helps improves digestion, and relieve gas. Lemongrass helps reduce colic and flatulence. Lime helps expel the phlegm, relieve thirst, and nourish blood.
Instructions
- Pour cloudy tom yum soup into a pot. Turn on medium heat. Add two tablespoons of water.
- Wait until boil, add protein of your choice and let cook.
- Squeeze a slice of lime and Serve!
Protein recommendations: seafood: 200g prawns or squid or mussels, or 200g of mixed seafood or mushrooms
