Our Pad Thai comprises a perfect balance of sweetness from coconut sugar, sourness from tamarind, and saltiness from fish sauce. It is possibly the most famous Thai street food dish, we don’t know anyone who doesn’t love Pad Thai!
Chinese chives help relieve constipation, reduce cholesterol and blood pressure level. Tamarind helps as mild laxative and purifies blood.
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil until smoking. Fry protein of your choice and add egg. Stir fry until cooked.
- Add rice noodle or vermicelli and half a bag of pad thai sauce. Mix well and add another half.
- Top with roasted peanut, beansprouts and coriander. Serve with a lime wedge!
