Spicy Jim Jeaw dipping sauce
This recipe is for one of the most common dipping sauces you can find anywhere in Thailand. We dip (or soak) it with almost anything, but it was made to eat with grilled chicken (Gai Yang).
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serving 1-2
Ingredients
3 tbsp Wild Rice Pad Thai sauce
1-2 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp Shallots (thinly sliced)

1 tsp Dried chilli flakes
2 tsp Lime or lemon juice (preferably lime)
1 tsp Toasted rice powder (optional)
A few sprigs Coriander (finely choppsed)
Methods
