Cooking time: 10 minutes
Methods:
- Cook your chosen noodles according to their cooking instructions.
- Sauté some spring onions (keeping the green bits for garnish) and add the bean sprouts at a fairly high heat, cooking through for around 8 minutes. Then add sugar snap peas or any other preferred vegetables. Once ready, add the cooked noodles along with the sauce and let them cook together for around 5 minutes on medium heat until piping hot.
- Season and cook the scallops and prawns separately. Once cooked, take the noodles off the heat, add the seafood, give it a stir, and garnish with spring onions, chilies, coriander, and crushed peanuts.
- Squeeze lime over the dish and enjoy!
