Linguine Pad Thai with crab meat

Cooking time: 20 minutes

2-3 Servings



1bag                                        Wild Rice Pad Thai sauce

300g                                        Linguine

25g                                          Hard tofu

150g                                        Crab meat

1                                              Egg

1                                              Red shallot (chopped)

2tbsp                                       Vegetable or Canola oil


To serve:

1tsp                                         Dried red chili

1 wedge                                  Lime



  1. Put linguine to boil. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil. Cook until ready and run through cold water in a strainer
  2. Heat vegetable oil until smoking. Add shallots, crab meat, tofu and egg. Mix well altogether and add half pad thai sauce
  3. Place linguine to the pan. Stir fry together and add the other half of pad thai sauce
  4. Plate and serve with a wedge of lime and dried red chilli
  5. Enjoy!
