Linguine Pad Thai with crab meat

2-3 Servings
Ingredients
1bag Wild Rice Pad Thai sauce
300g Linguine
25g Hard tofu
150g Crab meat
1 Egg
1 Red shallot (chopped)
2tbsp Vegetable or Canola oil
To serve:
1tsp Dried red chili
1 wedge Lime
Methods
- Put linguine to boil. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil. Cook until ready and run through cold water in a strainer
- Heat vegetable oil until smoking. Add shallots, crab meat, tofu and egg. Mix well altogether and add half pad thai sauce
- Place linguine to the pan. Stir fry together and add the other half of pad thai sauce
- Plate and serve with a wedge of lime and dried red chilli
- Enjoy!
