Ingredients:
- 1 bag Wild Rice Pad Thai sauce
- 300g linguine
- 25g hard tofu
- 150g crab meat
- 1 egg
- 1 red shallot (chopped)
- 2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
To serve:
- 1 tsp Dried red chili
- 1 wedge Lime
Method:
- Put linguine to boil. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil. Cook until ready and run through cold water in a strainer.
- Heat vegetable oil until smoking. Add shallots, crab meat, tofu, and egg. Mix well altogether and add half of the Pad Thai sauce.
- Place linguine in the pan. Stir-fry together and add the other half of the Pad Thai sauce.
- Plate and serve with a wedge of lime and dried red chili.
