Linguine Pad Thai With Crab Meat

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Servings: 2-3



  • 1 bag Wild Rice Pad Thai sauce
  • 300g linguine
  • 25g hard tofu
  • 150g crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 red shallot (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil


To serve:

  • 1 tsp Dried red chili
  • 1 wedge Lime



  1. Put linguine to boil. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil. Cook until ready and run through cold water in a strainer.
  2. Heat vegetable oil until smoking. Add shallots, crab meat, tofu, and egg. Mix well altogether and add half of the Pad Thai sauce.
  3. Place linguine in the pan. Stir-fry together and add the other half of the Pad Thai sauce.
  4. Plate and serve with a wedge of lime and dried red chili.
  5. Enjoy!
